Beauty of Pets is a brand of EDGE TO EDGE SOLUTION, a proprietorship owned by Sri Priya Basu. In these Terms, “Beauty of Pets”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to EDGE TO EDGE SOLUTION operating under the Beauty of Pets brand.

1. Services Provided: The App/Web serves as a platform connecting pet owners (“Customers”) with certified groomers (“Groomers”) who provide grooming services for dogs and cats.

2. Booking and Payments: Customers must book grooming appointments exclusively through the App/Web.
Payment for services is to be made through the App/Web after the grooming session is completed.

3. Grooming Sessions: Grooming services are conducted by trained professionals using high-quality grooming products.
Customers are responsible for creating a safe environment for grooming, including arranging water and a bucket for the session.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure their pet's safety and comfort during the grooming process.

4. Liability: The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the grooming services provided by the Groomers. Customers are solely responsible for managing their pet’s behavior and welfare during grooming sessions.

5. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the App/Web after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Termination: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App/Web at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, any rights and licenses granted under these Terms will immediately expire.
