Refund Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, please cancel your pet grooming appointments at least 3 hours before the scheduled service:

• Cancellations within 24 hours without rescheduling will qualify for an 80% refund of the booking price.
• Cancellations within 24 hours with rescheduling will incur a Rs. 200 rescheduling fee.
• Once grooming services are provided, refunds will no longer be issued, and orders are considered final.
